• “Item(s)” refers to luxury brand products that are available for purchase or sale on our platform.
• “User(s)” means anyone accessing or using our platform.

3. Affiliations, Brands & Authenticity

While we carry and sell luxury brands, we are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with these brands. Additionally, while we utilize online resale platforms such as Tradesy and Vestiaire Collective App for selling purposes, we are not officially partnered with or operated by these platforms. We have a strict policy against counterfeit or fake designer brands; we do not and will never deal with or accept such items. We proudly offer authentication services for those who want to verify the authenticity of their fashion items without necessarily selling them to us. This service is provided for a fee. For authentication, we utilize cutting-edge technology from www.entrupy.com.

4. Eligibility & Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and conduct transactions on our platform.

5. Product Listings & Descriptions

All Item listings must be accurate, and we aim to provide a true representation of the product. Any discrepancies in Item descriptions are unintentional and will be addressed upon discovery.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices for items listed are negotiable. We accept the payment methods specified on our platform. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

7. Layaway Policy

We offer a layaway plan for up to 3 months with a 20% down payment. Should a layaway be cancelled by the user, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied due to the exclusivity of our luxury items.

8. Buying & Selling

Users can both buy and sell authentic luxury Items on our platform. We do not offer pawn services or loans.

9. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the exclusivity and value of our Items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases related to the layaway cancellation as stated above.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. We collect only necessary data for transaction purposes and never sell or inappropriately share your information. For a detailed explanation, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that our platform is free from errors. We are not responsible for any indirect damages or issues arising from the use of our service.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, and logos, are our property and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate any account if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Las Vegas, NV, under the governing laws of Nevada.

16. Mobile Terms & Conditions

What are your mobile terms?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that Gold and Beyond may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. The frequency at which you'll receive our text messages may vary from month to month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to the number 21859. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to the number 21859. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account us to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.

How do I sign up for these text messages?

All you have to do is text gold & beyond to 21859. (Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.) When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 21859. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 21859. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Gold and Beyond will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Subscribing and Unsubscribing
