At Gold and Beyond, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. While we stand firmly behind the authenticity of our products, we understand there may be rare situations where a customer has a concern. To make the process simple, we have outlined how disputes are handled.
How to Submit a Dispute
If you believe there is an issue with an item you purchased from us, please submit your concern in writing to:

- Your full name and contact information
- Your proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or transaction confirmation)
- A description of your concern
- Any supporting information, such as photos or documents
Our Review Process
- Once we receive your email, our team will review your concern and reply within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST).
- If more details are needed, we may reach out for additional information.
Working With Entrupy
Since we use Entrupy to authenticate our luxury handbags, any authenticity dispute will be reviewed under Entrupy’s Financial Guarantee Program.
- We will help coordinate the process with Entrupy if needed.
- Entrupy typically completes their review within 10 business days after receiving the item.
- If Entrupy confirms authenticity, the matter will be considered closed. If they determine otherwise, Entrupy’s Financial Guarantee will apply, which may include reimbursement.
