Gold and Beyond Authentication Policy
- Our
handbags are authenticated using Entrupy’s advanced technology and
expertise. - Items
that pass authentication receive an Entrupy Certificate of
Authenticity, verifying the item’s legitimacy. - This
process provides an extra layer of trust and transparency for our clients.
Entrupy stands behind its authentication results with
a one-year Financial Guarantee:
- If you
believe an Entrupy-certified item is not authentic, you may submit a dispute
request through Entrupy’s formal process. - Once
approved, Entrupy will review the disputed item. Typically, disputes are
resolved within ten (10) business days after the item is
received. - The
Financial Guarantee ensures that customers are protected for one
year from the date of authentication.
Important Notes on the Guarantee
- Entrupy
reserves the right to invalidate authentication results within 15
minutes of issuing a certificate (during Entrupy business hours).
Items invalidated within this window are not eligible under
the Financial Guarantee. - All
disputes must follow Entrupy’s official process to qualify for review. - The
guarantee is provided directly by Entrupy, not Gold and Beyond, though we
will fully assist customers throughout the process.

At Gold and Beyond, we want every customer to
feel confident when shopping with us. While we stand firmly behind the
authenticity of our products, we understand there may be rare situations where
a customer has a concern. To make the process simple, we have outlined how disputes
are handled.
How to Submit a Dispute
If you believe there is an issue with an item you purchased
from us, please submit your concern in writing to:

Our Review Process
- Once
we receive your email, our team will review your concern and reply
within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00
p.m. CST). - If
more details are needed, we may reach out for additional information.
Working With Entrupy
Since we use Entrupy to authenticate our
luxury handbags, any authenticity dispute will be reviewed under Entrupy’s
Financial Guarantee Program.
- We
will help coordinate the process with Entrupy if needed. - Entrupy
typically completes their review within 10 business days after
receiving the item. - If
Entrupy confirms authenticity, the matter will be considered closed. If
they determine otherwise, Entrupy’s Financial Guarantee will apply, which
may include reimbursement.
